If you have preferred staff, we encourage you to pre-book the staff of your choice, alternatively you can direct us to find staff best suited to your client’s needs.
What we expect from our nurses:
- Must abide by the professional standards in line with the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Council code of ethics
- Maintain a high level of competency within their scope of practice
- Always practice with professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality relating to all work practices
- Refrain from behaviour associated with bullying or harassment
- Only use work computers and the internet for professional use
- Attend each shift in uniform with identification badge (unless otherwise advised)
- Be punctual to all shifts
- Follow the guidelines and policies at each hospital/facility they are deployed to work
- Ensure their practising certificate is current and renewed annually
- Refrain from using their mobile phone on shift
