Here at TLC we acknowledge each client as an individual with their own special needs. Whether you require assistance to fill casual shifts, short/long-term holiday relief, or fixed term contracts; we offer fast & flexible staffing solutions.

We have stringent recruitment policies in place to ensure we only employ candidates of the highest calibre. We undertake extensive reference checks and ensure all our candidates have the appropriate certificates and checks in place.

If you have preferred staff, we encourage you to pre-book the staff of your choice, alternatively you can direct us to find staff best suited to your client’s needs.

What we expect from our nurses:

  • Must abide by the professional standards in line with the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Council code of ethics
  • Maintain a high level of competency within their scope of practice
  • Always practice with professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality relating to all work practices
  • Refrain from behaviour associated with bullying or harassment
  • Only use work computers and the internet for professional use
  • Attend each shift in uniform with identification badge (unless otherwise advised)
  • Be punctual to all shifts
  • Follow the guidelines and policies at each hospital/facility they are deployed to work
  • Ensure their practising certificate is current and renewed annually
  • Refrain from using their mobile phone on shift
